Select Log in (located at the top of every page) and use your email address and password to log in. You will know you have successfully logged in when your name appears at the top right of the screen.
If you need a new password, in the log-in box, select Reset your password and follow the prompts to receive a password reset email. The email you receive will contain a link to consumer.org.nz, where you will be asked to enter a new password and then to confirm your new password by re-entering it.
If you haven’t received an email within 5 minutes, check your junk/spam email folder or contact us.
Updating your contact details
Once you have logged in, go to Your account and select Edit to update your Profile.
Changing your membership type or payment frequency
Go to Your account and select Renew or change your membership. Follow the prompts to renew and queue your new membership.
