New Zealand’s safest trampoline gains the Consumer Trusted tick
Springfree Trampoline has been awarded the Consumer Trusted tick – an accreditation available to businesses committed to delivering exceptional products, customer experiences and meeting Consumer NZ’s strict code of conduct.
“The Consumer Trusted accreditation has been gained by only a handful of New Zealand businesses so Springfree should be proud of their continually high-quality product line and service. We see a lot of business’ talking the talk but Springfree are dedicated to delivering excellence across all facets of their business,” said Consumer NZ chief executive Jon Duffy.
“Springfree should also be proud that they are New Zealand’s safest trampoline, delivering a high-quality product to the backyards of thousands of Kiwi homes. They have built a reputation around a unique product that has performed exceptionally in our trampoline tests for eight years, placing them as a market leader, both in New Zealand and around the world.”
To gain the Consumer Trusted tick, a business must meet Consumer NZ’s strict code of conduct which covers off principles such as customer service, returns, refunds and complaints and pricing.
“The Springfree team are delighted to receive the Consumer Trusted accreditation. To be recognised amongst nine businesses in New Zealand is a fantastic achievement for our small team; it gives our customers and potential customers peace of mind that we want to improve continually, to provide the highest level of customer service and care by upholding the Consumer Trusted Code of Conduct,” said Megan McKenzie, Springfree New Zealand.
