Here’s how to get your Consumer membership back up and running
Looking to renew your membership or restart an old one? That’s great!
Here’s how to get your Consumer membership back up and running in a few easy steps.
- Step 1. Log in and go to Your account.

Step 2. Under Your account, select either:
- Renew or change your payment frequency or
- Renew your membership.
- Step 3. Select either online or online + magazine.
- Step 4. Select your payment frequency.
- Step 5. Check your details.
- Step 6. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
- Step 7. Review your order summary and continue to the payment page.
- Step 8. Enter your card details to complete your payment.
Once you’ve completed these steps, you'll be sent a confirmation/receipt email.
